Any other facilities that would be ready, willing and able to reduce power for only a few hours per year ECS' demand response programs are very straightforward, simple and have unyielding credibility --- you are not referring your customer to an unproven program. And, don't forget, it is a voluntary program. We pay them for what they do but they ultimately decide whether or not to participate. We ask them for their best efforts, that’s it. You simply refer it to them as a way they can get paid serious $$$ to reduce power only a few hours per year.
